Dear Members,

We are writing to inform you of Mrs Shubhada Gandi’s decision to resign from the CHRG Board. We sincerely appreciate the significant contributions she made during her tenure.
 
In light of this change, we are pleased to announce that Mr Paul Bryan will be joining the CHRG Board to fill the Casual Vacancy. Paul’s business experience and understanding of our Group’s diverse operations, stemming from his long-term association with CHRG and the Castle Hill Bowling Club, make him a valuable addition to the CHRG Board.
 
Paul’s expertise, insights, and commitment to excellence will be crucial as we embark on some of the most significant development projects in our history.
 
We also extend our gratitude to Shubhada for her service on the Board. Her input has helped establish a strong foundation for our continued growth and success.
