Hawkesbury Helping Hands

Hawkesbury Helping Hands has been giving a helping-hand to people in need throughout our communities for almost 10 years.

HHH was established in 2011 by Cassidy Strickland, then 8, who after witnessing a hungry man rummaging through her family bin for food, decided at that very moment she needed to do something. Food and dignity was something she could try and help with and so along with her mum Linda, HHH was born.

HHH is only one of a very few food relief charities open in Sydney over the Christmas period. This Christmas, CHRG has donated $2,000 worth of Woolworths vouchers to HHH to assist those in need during the holiday season.
